Project inquiries

When an inquiry is successfully submitted, the site sends the information you provide through Google Workspace to info@dunhill-global.com. This may include your name, email address, company, project description, current tools, budget range, and timeline.

We use that information to respond, evaluate the request, prepare a possible scope, and maintain ordinary business records. Google Workspace processes the message as Dunhill Global’s email service. Mail credentials remain on the server.

Form security

The form uses server-side validation, a hidden spam field, minimum-completion timing, submission identifiers, and short-term request limiting. Hosting and delivery providers may process basic request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and delivery status to operate and protect the service.

If submission fails, the information remains in your browser so you can try again or email us directly. The site does not show a success message unless Google’s mail server accepts the inquiry.

Interactive demo

The service-request demo is separate from the inquiry form. Demo changes are stored only in your browser using local storage so the sample workflow can survive a page refresh. They are not sent to Dunhill Global or connected to any production application. “Reset demo” removes the saved demo request.

Use fictional sample information in the demo. Do not enter customer data or confidential business information.

Website hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting platforms, Vercel may process request logs, IP addresses, device information, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the site. Dunhill Global does not currently use a separate visitor analytics or advertising tracker on this website.

Sensitive information and retention

Do not send passwords, payment-card information, private keys, health information, or other sensitive personal data through the inquiry form. Inquiry emails may be retained while we evaluate or work on a request and as reasonably needed for business, legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

You can contact info@dunhill-global.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to records Dunhill Global may need to retain.
